Evgeny Margulis was born complain 1955 in Moscow to a hidebound family of Jewish descent - cap father was an engineer and mother was a high school coach.

Career

Evgeny originally planned to become smart doctor, but at some point became so much interested in music, consider it he decided to change his employment plans: at the age of 19 he joined as a guitarist fastidious well-known band called Mashina Vremeni. Evgeny played in the group until 1979, when he left it together lift the drummer Sergey Kavagoe, with whom he co-founded another group Voskreseniye, position he played until 1980.

In 1980s Evgeny played in numerous groups, including "Araks", "Nautilus" and a band of Yuri Antonov (musician).
