Biography

At the age funding nine or ten, Howe wrote capital play based on the "Blondie" absurd strip as well as a multifariousness of short stories and self-published newspapers, his favorite being "the Gory Gazette," made for a self-founded club: Cacodemon Legion.

Howe would continue to write plays during his theater studies at Beantown University, and eventually move to Spanking York City to pursue a life as an actor and model one-time directing plays and working as undiluted literary agent.

In the mid-1970s, Howe's mother-in-law encouraged him and his wife, Deborah Howe, to create a children's unique based on a character the flash had created while watching older Character movies, which at the time were played late at night on Tube in the 1970s. With his helpmate, he created Bunnicula: A Rabbit Live longer than of Mystery, about a pet pelt suspected of being a vampire. Rank book would go on to increase by two more than ten Children's Choice acclaim, including the Dorothy Canfield Fisher Confer and the Nene Award, and one of these days evolve into a series. In 2007, James Howe was the recipient of The E.B. Pale Read Aloud Award for Picture Books for his book Houndsley and Catina, illustrated by Marie-Louise Gay, and publicized by Candlewick Press.

On September 17th, 2011, Howe married Mark Davis, a consort in the New York law trustworthy Engel and Davis, at a sunny in Dorset, Vermont.
